The Tasting Flights

At Shadowbrook Winery, we offer 4 distinct tasting flight experiences to suit a variety of palates:

  1. Illumination Tasting Flight $50- features 2 white wines and a rose’
  2. Winemakers Flight $60- a selection of 3 red wines
  3. Meritage Blend Flight $50 – showcases 3 exquisite red blends
  4. Reserve Cabernet Vertical Flight $85- enjoy 3 different vintages of our Cabs

All Tasting Flights are 3 wines at 3.5oz size pours.

Hours of Operation: Thursdays & Fridays 4pm-8pm, Saturdays 1pm-8pm, Sundays 12pm-5:30pm

*We require advance reservations for any and all wine tasting flights, food, and wines by the glass or bottle. Simply use the “Reserve,” button to book your table with us on OpenTable. There’s no need to pre-select your wine flight, glass, bottle or food selections ahead of time. Just book your table and you can make your selections when you arrive for your reservation.

*Please note last reservation time slots are 1.5 hours before closing, and last call for all wine and food is 30 minutes prior to closing time.

Limited to 8 guests per reservation.  If you have more than 8 guests in your party, please call us to schedule a private experience.

Tasting Room Guidelines

To ensure a relaxing and unique experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you take a minute to read through our Tasting Room guidelines:
    • Food Policy: We’re total foodies—we love food as much as you do! While we’re currently enjoying items from our fabulous full menu, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing in any outside or personal food. The good news? Our full menu is available for you to order from and enjoy!
    • Age Policy: While we adore kiddos (we’ve got some of our own), all visitors must be 21 years of age or older. This includes infants, toddlers, and anyone under 21.
    • Animal Policy: The only things with bark here are our wine barrels! Only certified service animals are permitted on the property, and arrangements must be made in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets or emotional support animals.
    • Dress Code: Wine country casual is the vibe! Shoes and shirts are required during your visit, but feel free to relax and unwind at home with your Shadowbrook Wine afterward. Please no workout attire, swimwear, sweats, or cycling attire or gear.
