Nestled in the foothills of Mt. Diablo, The Vineyards of Shadowbrook Winery, amazingly, consist of eight acres with 14 different varietals. This provides a full stable of wines and allows the winemakers to blend specific characteristics of grapes to create wines with a complex taste and feel. All with the quality of highly regarded “small lots” and “estate grown” right here on the property. Once a burgeoning grape producing region before prohibition, the Terroir here – with its rich soil and warm days and cool nights – is very similar to that of Rutherford in the Napa Valley. It is the unmistakable taste of quality.

In addition to our award-winning estate grown wines, our C&K Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils have earned an acclaimed reputation of their own. It all begins with the fruit, and each of our mature trees are tended to by hand with only the finest olives individually selected for pressing. The result is an oil that is 4x lower than the standards set to be labeled “extra virgin” which means it is as fresh and pure as you will find anywhere. Our 100% Pure Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is delicious and serves as the foundation for our blends infused with Basil, Garlic, Lemon, Orange, and a medley of Oregano, Basil, Garlic and Rosemary.
This oil is unbeatable and has become part of our member’s pantry. Local restaurants are now featuring it by name on their menu, as compliments to salads and appetizers.
